Windimurra Vanadium Limited (“WVL”) is an established Perth-based mining company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
WVL’s core asset is the Windimurra Vanadium Project, which is based on one of the largest vanadium Proven Ore Reserves in the world. The Windimurra Vanadium Project is 90% owned by WVL, with 10% owned by its exclusive marketing partner Noble Resources Limited, a subsidiary of Noble Group Limited (SGX:NOBL).
WVL is currently redeveloping the Windimurra mine and processing facilities. Project construction at Windimurra is expected to be completed in late 2008, with production of the redesigned mine and processing facilities expected to commence thereafter.
To drive redevelopment of the project, WVL has put together a new and experienced Board and Management team, with specific skills in the development and management of world-class mining operations, and global commodity marketing.
